Chia yoghurt pudding
Ingredients for the strawberry recipe:
- 160g strawberries (ideally thawed frozen ones, but fresh is also good)
- 60ml Plant milk
- 60ml Vegan Greek style yoghurt (or any other vegan yoghurt)
- 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
Toppings:
- 1 Tbsp Vegan Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Your favourite Granola
- 1 1/2 Fresh strawberries, halved
Instructions:
1. Start off by adding the strawberries, plant milk and vegan yoghurt to a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass, jar or bowl then stir in the chia seeds.
3. Let the mixture set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Once ready, top with granola, yoghurt and strawberries.
5. Enjoy!

- 3 fresh blueberries
Instructions:
1. Start off by adding the blueberries, plant milk and vegan yoghurt to a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a glass, jar or bowl then stir in the chia seeds.
3. Let the mixture set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Once ready, top with granola, yoghurt and blueberries.
5. Enjoy!
